He is survived by: his wife Loretta Willis Matherly; his children, Paula Gardner and Terry Matherly, Jr.; his grandchildren, Miranda Crady, Ronnie Crady, Eric Embry and Gabriel Matherly; and his sister Donna Smith (Paul).
