He was predeceased by: his father Phillip Mellick; his stepfather Jimmy Loran; and his uncle Mark Goble. He is survived by: his mother Patricia Loran; his wife Shanna Mellick; his children, Madison Stone (Ethan), Jalyn Mellick (David McCoy) and Austin Mellick; his grandchildren, Andy Mellick and Cayden Mellick; his mother-in-law Sandy Stegner (Harvey); and his siblings, Phillip Mellick (Nancy) and Tammy Fritz. He is also survived by extended family and close friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Louisville Memorial Gardens West (4400 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, KY 40216). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the same location.
