Visitation was held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Forest Baptist Church (4500 Petersburg Rd, Louisville, KY 40218). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
