She is survived by: her children, Christy Puckett (Chris Clemons) and Kennedy McStoots; her grandchildren, Athen Puckett and Kendra Puckett; and her siblings, Carl O'Connell (Reesa), Alicia Hazelwood (Bethel) and Sandra McStoots. She is also survived by several other relatives and friends.
