She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Briney and Edna Briney; and her siblings, Pat Wiley, Margie Downs and Fred "Wiggles" Briney, Jr..
She is survived by: her husband Tom Short; and her children, Tim Wisehart (Stacy) and Pam Koerber (Chris). She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
