He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolph Milby and Bernida Elmore Milby. He is survived by: his wife Denise Milby; his sons, Richard Milby and Matthew Milby; his grandson Matthew Keeling; and his sisters, Liz Wakefield (Ron), Wanda Riddle (Ray) and Becky Sorrell (Don).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 23rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Schoppenhorst Underwood & Brooks Funeral Home (4895 N Preston Hwy, Shepherdsville, KY 40165). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
