She is survived by: her daughters, Kimberly Combest of Columbia and Tammy Combest of Louisville, Three; her grandchildren, Eliza Glen Combest, Grace Pietrantoni and Luca Pietrantoni; and her siblings, Francis Hutchins of Louisville, Patty Johnson (Doug) of Liberty and Carl Ray Hardin (Phyllis) of Lebanon.
