He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie P. Olive and Lucia Olive; and his brother Ronald Olive. He is survived by: his wife Linda Olive; his son Derek Olive (Angela) of Bowling Green, KY; and his siblings, David Olive (Jeanne) of Chicago, IL, W. Dean Uemura of El Cerrito, CA and Tommy Kemp of Louisville, KY. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and lifelong friends.
