She was predeceased by: her parents, James Earl and Ruth Plummer (Forman). She is survived by: her son Kerry Johnson (Nancy); her grandsons, Brad (Anne), Brandon (Lindsey) and Ben; and her great grandchildren, Kira, Kylie, Kellan and Carter.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Church of the Nazarene (3503 Blanton Ln, Louisville, KY 40214). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
