Collins (Bertha) of Paintsville, KY, Elijah Lee Collins (Lynn) of Pilgrim, KY, James Eric Collins of Inez, KY and Geraldine Sue Litton of Inez, KY.; and his grandchildren, Abby Collins, Alivia Stacy, Doug Sheppard and Bryanna Sheppard. He is also survived by great grandchildren, as well as nieces and nephews.
