She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Philip Speer Jr. (Junior) and Margie Ann Hutchinson Speer of Lovely Ky; and her sister Amy Joyce Speer White. She is survived by: her daughter Chelsey Diann Speer Muncy; her grandchildren, Jackson Phillip Muncy and Brixleigh Jayde Speer; her niece Madyson Messer; and her great-niece Kinley Bowen. She is also survived by several loving aunts, uncles, cousins.
The family is asking in lieu of flowers for all donations to be paid to the Mullins Family Funeral Home.
