He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Fletcher and Susie Blackburn Fletcher; his wife Ruby Maynard Fletcher; his siblings, Virgil Fletcher, Willis Fletcher, Johnny Fletcher, Tommy Fletcher, Pauline Preece, Alice Delong, Polly Copley and Edith Jude; his grandson Adam Jude; and his great grandchild Elisha Fletcher.
He is survived by: his children, Glen Ray Fletcher (Darlene) of Louisa, KY, Gary Fletcher (Betty) of Inez, KY, Lewis Fletcher (Edna) of Louisa, KY, Randy Fletcher (Stephanie) of Louisa, KY, Raymond Fletcher (Sharon) of Pilgrim, KY, Billy Joe Fletcher (Susan) of Paintsville, KY, Joyce Stacy (Haskel) of Inez, KY, Shelvie Pruitt (Roger) of Lowmansville, KY, Irene Jude (Thurman) of Lovely, KY, Sandy Collins (Dwayne) of Inez, KY and Lois Faye Slone (Rick) of Lovely, KY; and his brothers, Robert Fletcher (Cat) of Lovely, KY. and James Fletcher of Lovely, KY.. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.
