He is survived by: his close friend Nellie Dials of Lovely, KY; his children, Timmy Dials (Peggy) of Harrodsburg, KY, Tammy Davis (Brad) of Lovely, KY and Jason Dials (Brittany) of Paintsville, KY.; his grandchildren, Adam Dials (Elisabeth), Joshua Lee Horn, Holly Hinkle (Scottie), Hannah Dillion (Josh), Danica Dials and Jayden Dials; his great grandchildren, Sophie, Kyleigh, Kegan Hinkle, Sterling Herbert Dials and Natalee Grace Dillion; and his siblings, Ernie Dials (LouAnn), Bonnie Duncan (John), Rita Stafford (Manuel) and Nora Ray.
