He is survived by: his daughters, Dorothy Cook (Cecil) of Beauty, KY, Mary Setser of Inez, KY and Jenny Robinson of Lovely, KY; his stepsons, Ray Jude (Linda) of Pilgrim, KY, Elijah Jude (Macie) of Kermit, WV and Johnny Jude (Wanda) of Inez, KY; and his siblings, Amos Staton of Inez, KY, David Staton, Jr. of Lovely, KY, Jimmy Staton (Joyce) of Lovely, KY, Larna Setser of Lovely, KY and Carol Daniels (Edgar) of Tomahawk, KY.. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews, and grandnieces and grandnephews.
