He is survived by: his wife Pauline Parsley Webb; his sons, Barry Webb (Linda) of Inez, KY and Brian Webb (Patty) of Lovely, KY; his siblings, Jim Bo Webb of Paintsville, KY and Lula Belle Gardner of Lebanon, OH.; his grandchildren, Ashley Deskins (Jason) and Alexandra Horn (John); and his great grandchildren, Jaylee Deskins, Kingston Deskins, Jaselle Deskins, Julianna Horn and Barron Horn.
