He is survived by: his daughters, Jenny Miller of Harlan, Lisa Green of Harlan and Rosetta Massingale of Harlan; his brothers, Tom Massingale (Nancy) of Tompkinsville, KY, Joe Massingale (Paula) and London; his niece Brandy Maggard (Harlan); Martha Hendricks (William). He is also survived by several grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
