He was predeceased by: his parents, Elhannon Collins and Polly Simpson Collins; his wife Martha Faye Collins; his siblings-in-law, Sheila Collins, Sandra Collins, Danny Pace and Eugene Simpson; and his nephew Jamie Lee Collins.
He is survived by: his daughters, Brittany Pace (Randall) of Harlan, Whitney Caldwell (Tim) of Harlan, Kaylin Williams (Scott) of Hazard and Chastan Owens of South Carolina; his grandchildren, Brianna Willians, Scott Williams, Maliyah Smith, Weston Williams, Amelia Faye Williams, Jamisyn Caldwell, River Caldwell and Phoenix Caldwell; his brothers, Lonnie Collins, Larry Collins, Mike Collins (Dede) and Dean Collins (Becky); his grandmothers, Jean Simpson, Vickie Saylor (Darrel), Linda Fee (Clarence) and Patty Irvin (Archie); and his pet Max. He is also survived by Several Nieces, Nephews, Family and Friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Mount Pleasant Funeral Home (122 N Cumberland Ave, Harlan, KY 40831). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
