He is survived by: his children, Joshua Mullins (Tara), Shila Short (Char) of Greenville, TN and Tiffany Dillman (Alan) of Smith, KY; his siblings, Melissa Fairchild Middleton (Mike) and Donnie Bennett (Wilma); and his grandchildren, Kira, Bryce, Isaiah, Jasper, Bay, Jaxon and Jayla.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Evarts Funeral Home (119 Bridge St, Evarts, KY 40828). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
