She is survived by: her husband Roger Middleton Sr.; her children, Pamela Walker (Donnie) of Ludlow, KY and Roger Middleton (Sumer) of Austin, Texas.; her mother Esther L. Young; her siblings, Brenda L. Mathena (Michael), Wayne S. Young III (Kellie), Jenifer J. Cook (Wes) and Janel E. Piersall (Tim); and her grandchildren, Aidan, Abigail, Melody, Katelyn, Samuel, Caidan, Alexis, Westin and Baylor. She is also survived by many other aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and several cousins.
