He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Lokesak and Laverne Lokesak. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Lokesak; his daughter Jamie Lynn Lokesak (Jonathan Batemon); his siblings, Albert Lokesak (Sylvia), Jim Lokesak, David Lokesak (Kathy), Thomas Lokesak, Johnny Rogers (Andrea), Anna Cox, Debbie Gabbard and Teri Quatkemeyer (John); his grandchildren, Holly Ann, Savannah and Elvis; and his great grandchild Shane. He is also survived by his family and friends.
