Louis Coy Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Louis Coy (Ludlow, Kentucky), who passed away on June 2, 2020. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lemual Coy and Georgia Coy; and his brothers, Paul, Donald, Jack and Earl Ballard.

He is survived by: his siblings, Thomas Ballard of Rising Sun, IN and Lois Konkle of Cincinnati. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
