She is survived by: her husband Anthony Hensley; her parents, Johnny Turner Jr. and Tammy Julian; her children, Matthew Wolfinbarger and Abella Marcum; her grandparents, Johnny Turner Sr., Donald Julian and Janet Beaver; and her nephew Jayden Julien.
