Neta will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around her. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Feltner and Louetta Feltner; her husband Clifford Highhouse; and her grandson Chris Girard. She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie Margolen (Gary) of Petersburg, KY and Libby Baker of Sharonville, OH. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
