She was predeceased by: her husband Charles "Butch" Fort; her brother Bill; and her sister-in-law Nancy Neckel. She is survived by: her daughters, Missy Witt (David) of Ft. Wright, KY, Phyllis Bigley (Mike) of Goshen, OH and Tammie Smith (Brooke) of Powell, TN; her siblings, Sandra Muller (Wynn) of Cromwell, CT, Judy Burnside (late Gary) of Loveland, OH and Tom Neckel of Largo, FL; her granddaughters, Lauren Smith, Katherine Neil (Issac), Lillie Fowlkes (Blake), Emily Witt and Tess Witt; her pets, Kiki and Joey; her friends, RJ and Debbie Edgington; and her great grandchild Millie Leonhardt. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
