He is survived by: his children, Rick Webb (Glenna Caudill) of Berea, KY and Cheryl Lynn Reagin (Carson) of Lynch, KY; and his brother William M. Webb, Jr. of Warren, MI. He is also survived by six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
