He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur G Halcomb and Nancy Jo Miracle Halcomb; his brother Charles E. Halcomb; and his siblings-in-law, Jean Halcomb and Robert "Butch" Cole.
He is survived by: his siblings, Donna Gilliam (Rick) of Lynch, Billy Halcomb (Teresa) of Cumberland, Tammy Cole of Lynch, David Halcomb (Charity) of Goshen, IN and Ruby Henery of Lynch; his great-niece Blakely; and his close friend Terri Halcomb Roark. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the TRI City Funeral Home (496 Holly St, Benham, KY 40807). A funeral service was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 at 7:00 PM and at 8:00 PM at the same location.
