He is survived by: his wife Patsy Jean Shelby; his children, Larry Dale Shelby (Pam) of Lynnville, KY and Lori Frazier of Lynnville, KY; his grandchildren, Dustin Shelby (Shelby) of Morgantown, KY, Logan Shelby of Lexington, KY and Shawn Frazier (Caroline) of Wingo, KY; and his great grandchild Isabella Rose Shelby of Morgantown, KY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
