She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Allen Seay; her son David Seay; and her parents, William Rhodes and Dorothy Elizabeth Ray Rhodes. She is survived by: her children, Dale Allen Seay of Lynnville, KY and Rhonda Seay of Lynnville, KY; and her grandchildren, Leah Shea Winfrey (Barry), Jenny Pendel (Hunter), Sara Sims, Rachael Ann McGee (Josh), Kristy Lee Shultz (Andy), Stephanie Jo Seay and Ryland Dale Seay. She is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren.
