He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Payne and Joyce Payne; and his sister Pamela Ann Payne. He is survived by: his children, Alexis Nichole Payne, Landon Colby Payne and Adam Tyler Payne (Mary Mackenzie); and his siblings, Karen Goetz, Tammy Tucker (Joey), Jeffrey Payne (Theresa) and Michelle Lankster (Bo).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 10:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory (900 Old Hartford Rd, Owensboro, KY 42303).
