We are sad to announce that on February 7, 2024, at the age of 78, Patsy Helen Tignor Parker of Maceo, Kentucky, born in Owensboro, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her mother Helen Tignor; her siblings, Vickie Lynn Tignor and David Wayne Tignor; her former life partner David K. "Butch" James; and her pet Drake.

She is survived by : her husband Don Ray Parker; her children, Kenny Wayne Powers of Louisville, Tina Kay Higdon of Fordsville and Michael James (Samantha) of Calhoun; her brother Roy Lee Tignor of Louisville; her close friend Mary Jo Dant; and her pet Zeus. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren.
