She is survived by: her children, Tina Alshire of Madisonville, Leslee Fields of Louisville and Robert Hook of Madisonville; her stepmother Jerlyn Guy; her siblings, Suzanne Guy and Wade Guy; and her grandchildren, Chadrick, Dillon, Devon and Mareyah Alshire.
