She is survived by: her mother Ophelia G. Slaton; her grandmother Mary Gant of Madisonville; her children, Jer'Lesha, Jer'Resha White and Jermaine White, Jr. of Madisonville, Kentucky; her siblings, Michael D. Slaton (Pam) of Schulenburg, TX, Rev. Terry D. Slaton (LaDrenna) of Madisonville, KY, James K. Slaton (Kimberly) of Russellville, KY and Valveta E. White of Madisonville, KY; and her grandchildren, Ja'Kiera Little, Azariah Hart, Da'Ryiah and D'Auri Cager. She is also survived by uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
