She was predeceased by: her parents, Keenan Lynn Forbes and Linda Love Forbes; her son Logan Ray Carlton; and her brother Keenan Lynn Forbes II. She is survived by: her son Blayde Carlton (Sydnee); her sisters, Shannon Solise, Jennifer Blanchard (Dustin) and Tonya Solis; her grandparents, James Forbes and Peggy Cartwright; and her grandson Creed Carlton.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the New Salem Baptist Church (69 New Salem Cir, Nortonville, KY 42442). A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
