She was predeceased by: her parents, Carol Frederick and Lucille Darks Frederick; and her sons, Dewayne Boze and Morris Carol Boze. She is survived by: her husband Ernest Boze; her son Jimmy Chadwick "Chad" Boze of Madisonville; her granddaughter Amber Caraway (Jeff); her great grandchildren, Lexie Caraway and Jax Hartford; and her great great grandchild Waylon.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Barnett-Strother Funeral Home (2285 N Main St, Madisonville, KY 42431). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Grapevine Baptist Church (85 Sandcut Rd, Madisonville, KY 42431).
