She was predeceased by: her parents, Rosa Ashmore Durham and Carlos Lacy Durham. She is survived by: her husband Gary Curtis Middleton; her daughters, Sheila Middleton Carlisle (Mark Ross Carlisle, Sr.) of Fairhope Alabama and Katonna Kurtis Middleton Hughes (Landon) of Madisonville; her grandchildren, Ashley Carlisle Faldoski (Kyle) of Foley, AL, Mark Ross Carlisle Jr. of Daphne, AL, Henry Walker (Brittney) of Madisonville, Logan Hughes (Katie) of Madisonville and Micheal Hughes of Madisonville; and her great grandchildren, Cole Walker, Grace Hughes and Willow Walker.
