He is survived by: his wife Alice Morrison Smith of Madisonville; his daughters, Angela Miller of Slaughters, KY and Kay Phillip of Charleston, SC; his stepson Steve Curtright of Madisonville; and his sister Georgia Ruth Dockins (Rick) of Hanson, KY. He is also survived by several grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
