She is survived by: her husband Eddie McGregor; her daughters, Linda Alexander of Madisonville and Candace McGregor of Madisonville; her siblings, Rue Duke of St. Charles, KY, Jimmy Duke (Faye) of Utica, KY and Sherry Murphy (Frank) of Michigan; her grandchildren, James Alexander (Brandy) and Kandra McGregor; and her great grandchildren, James Waylon Alexander, Jeremiah McGregor, Laniah McGregor and Jerrell McGregor. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
