He is survived by: his wife Colleen Quinn Mills of Madisonville; his children, Jennifer Mills of Tomopah, NV, Marissa Quinn of Orlando, FL, Michael Quinn Mills of Madisonville and Amy Shepherd (Alan) of Cincinnati, OH; and his sister Pamela Mills. He is also survived by three grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
