He was predeceased by: his parents, James Oldham and Nora Kittinger Oldham; his grandchildren, Eddie Burke and Wyatt Oldham; and his siblings, Betty Pryor and Doug Oldham.

He is survived by: his wife Ann Oldham of Madisonville; his children, Danyel Martin, Carla Walters and Chris Oldham (Kristi); his sisters, Linda Robertson (Willis) and Teresa Hendricks; his sister-in-law Vicky Oldham; his grandchildren, Madyson Martin, Emmalee Walker, Kailyn Clark (Josh), Tessala Lay (Gregory), Dustin Gregory, Cameron Walters and Macie Walters; and his great grandchildren, Jayden Munson, Maxwell Munson, Heaven Lay, Charlotte "Charlie" Lay, Marti Lay and Camdyn Walters.
