He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Purdy and Pearl Purdy; and his wife Rosemary Myers Purdy. He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Morton (Lisa Purdy), Debra Ann Habermehl (Eric) of Madisonville and Sara Beth Clark (Dale) of Russellville; Shirley Meers of Charleston. He is also survived by six grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
