He is survived by: his children, Ben Moore of Madisonville, Mark Cates of Henderson, KY and Andrea Bruinsma of Gainesville, GA; and his siblings, Shelia Bruce of Henderson, Kim Crofton of Madisonville, Keith Riley of Corpus Christi, TX and Darrell Baize (Amy) of Madisonville. He is also survived by several grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
