He was predeceased by: his parents, Ollie Sue Myers Lutz and LaFayette Hefner Lutz; and his siblings, Carolyn Graue, Helen Mangum, Jerry Lutz, Jimmy Lutz and Derek Calbreath.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lori Lutz of Providence, KY and Sierra Lutz (Eric) of Madisonville; his siblings, Patsy Frasier of Slaughters, KY, Mike Lutz of Slaughters and Ricky Lutz of Slaughters; and his grandchildren, Brittany McCollum (Callie), Logan Earl (Sarah), Kaden Benton and Dallas Benton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
