He is survived by: his siblings, Keith Cowan and Susie Eblen; his wife Tania Cowan; his sons, Jason Thompson (Jessica) of Madisonville, Charles Cowan of Madisonville and Joshua Cowan (Heather) of Madisonville; and his siblings, Lisa Wilson (Keith) of Poole, KY, Tammy Risley (Billy) of Robards, KY, Karen Bean (David) of Mortons Gap, KY, Angie Talley (Danny) of Poole and Chris Cowan of Sebree. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
