He was predeceased by: his mother Thelma Underwood; and his stepmothers, Julia Cunningham and Ann Cunningham. He is survived by: his father Earl Ray Cunningham; his son Nathan Cunningham (Glenda); his siblings, Sheila Ogden (Galen) and Ray Cunningham (Margaret); his stepdaughter Christie Couty (Ron); his stepsisters, Laurie Willoughby (Lee), Andrena Williams (Wesley) and Angle Lewellen; and his grandchildren, Cheyenne Rogers (Jordan) and Cash Cunningham.
