He was predeceased by: his father Everett Polley; and his wife Patricia. He is survived by: his mother Mary Frances; his sister Judith Rainwater; his children, Cari, Rachel and David; his daughter-in-law Angela; and his grandchildren, Connor, Jordan, Everett, Evan, Owen and Mason.
