He is survived by: his mother Audrey Proctor Abbott of Madisonville; and his siblings, Jeff Abbott (Janet) of Madisonville, Will Abbott of Madisonville, Don Abbott of Madisonville, Kenneth Abbott (Marsha) of Ava, MO, Patricia Abbott of Madisonville and Debra Carter of Madisonville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
