He is survived by: his wife Sheila Pendley of Madisonville, KY; his children, Shana Skinner of Madisonville, KY, James Moore (Talisha) of Madisonville, KY and Gary Bozeman (Nicole) of Madisonville, KY; his daughter-in-law Kimberly Moore of Central City, KY; his sister Dixie Suthards (Truman) of Mortons Gap, KY; and his sister-in-law Kathy Hawkins (Tim) of Greenville, KY. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; several great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
