He is survived by: his children, Michael Cowan and Whitney Miller (Cowan); his grandsons, Christian Miller, Brayden Miller and Lucas Miller; and his sisters, Teresa Witherspoon (Danny Witherspoon), Deborah Ballard, Sheila Lloyd and Cindy Miller (John Miller).
