She is survived by: her daughter Debbie Offutt (Bobby) of Madisonville; her grandchildren, Kelli Darnell of Madisonville, Staci Noffsinger of Madisonville, Andrea Holeman (Nick) of Madisonville and Travis Offutt of Madisonville; and her great grandchildren, Madelyn Darnell of Madisonville and Braelyn Thomas of Slaughters, KY. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
