He was predeceased by: his mother Claudia Jewel Rhew Hibbs; his wife Ellwanda Terry Hibbs; and his son Steve Hibbs. He is survived by: his son Doug; his daughter-in-law Kathy Hibbs of Morgantown, WV; his grandchildren, Emily (Glenn Gress) of Scranton, PA and Matt (Dana Hibbs) of Athens, GA; and his great grandchildren, Ethan, Glenn, Aiden and Grace.
